Another class from our Leadership Development Program – PDL.

The PDL is an initiative awarded by FIESC with the SC Education Award, which had its planning started in August 2014 and in October of that year was already in implementation, with the expected completion of the first group for November 2020.

The LDP has already included new classes involving all collaborators of the company. “With the market changes present in the AGPR5 sectors of activity, we saw the need to develop methodologies that glimpse the retention of human capital, as well as the full development of their abilities.We realize that our leadership needs greater personal and collective improvement in the areas of people management and applied leadership, “explains AGPR5 CEO Alvaro Ghedin.
